We are happy to quote pricing for our JbEG Signature Line.  We will do our very best to respond to you within 48-72 hours.

custom work polIcy:

• We will provide you with a written estimate based upon your requested design.  Quotes will be valid for 14 days, after which time they are subject to change based on fluctuations in metal costs, etc.

• We require a 50% deposit in order to begin the design process.  This fee is refundable, less a $500 design charge, in the event you cancel the order after we have started CAD design, but prior to fabrication.  Once fabrication of your item has begun, however, no portion of the deposit will be refunded.  The balance will be due upon completion.
  

• We must have your center stone in our possession for the duration of the design and fabrication period.

• Once the design has been finalized, we will provide you with a final work order, which will include the final CAD rendering and will spell out all of your requested elements.

• Custom orders are final sale and not subject to our return policy.  That being said, we are committed to providing you with a wonderful experience and will do everything in our power to ensure your happiness with your piece!
